good location

Good location good parking beatuful neighborhokd and building. but building not well maintained. Poor response times for maintaince issues waiting weeks to months with nonfunctional amenities like a sink or a washing machine.

Lack of Communication

I love my apartment, particularly the location and charm of the old building. I love that I'm getting good amenities for a reasonable price, especially in a place I love so much. Unfortunately, I have found myself exceedingly frustrated with the landlord team: lack of communication is a trend, particularly in regards to maintenance requests, and it makes me not want to continue living in the apartment.

Great location

Not a fan of the frat boy parties every weekend on the first floor. Love the location and the building is so beautiful.
